Pay per video, in packs
One credit is one generated video. Buy a pack of credits, from 100 videos to 12 million, and use it on any campaign. Each pack lasts 12 months from the day you buy it.

AI credits
One credit balance pays for every AI feature, shared by the whole team. Every seat adds to it each month; packs top it up when a busy month needs more.

Questions about pricing
What does the free trial include?
7 days of the Hub with no card: up to 3 Designers and 5 Producers, 500 AI credits and 50 Personalized video credits. AI video and video presenters start when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan in Settings and carry on where you left off. If you don’t, your work stays in the Hub and you can still view and download it.
Can I change my seats later?
Yes. An administrator adds or removes seats in Settings, and changes during an annual plan are charged for the part of the year that’s left.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
Your monthly seat credits renew each month. Credits from a pack last 30 days from the day you buy it, and Personalized video credits last 12 months.
Is there a limit on Reviewers?
No. Invite as many Reviewers as you like; they never need a paid seat.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars, pounds sterling or euros. Once your account has a currency, it stays the same.
